Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre
Nic worked for AILC in 2020-2021, during this time they redeveloped all learning content and assessments within AILCs scope at the time. They also wrote the entire learning content, assessments, and assisted in the e-learning development of the 55280WA Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring. Nic developed a 3 x 90 minute Youth Leadership Course for Pilbara Universities Centre targeting Year 9-12 students.
Since 2021, we have been providing assessor work across the entire scope of AILC. We also provide advice and support to other trainer/assessors engaged with AILC.

First Aid for Motorcyclists
We have provided contractor Trainer/Assessor work and course content development work for FAFM since 2020. The focus of FAFM course is taught by motorcycle riders, for motorcycle riders. The courses offer interactive, informative, fast-paced training that shows skills that enable students to strategise and assist effectively in an accident.

Australian Paramedical College
In mid-2024, we joined up with the Australian Paramedical College to provide support in embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural safety.

Cultural awareness sessions for trainers and staff
Embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in course content and assessments for:

PREVIOUS WORK
Phoenix First Aid Services
We have provided contractor Trainer/Assessor work for Phoenix First Aid Services since 2018. Our major project over the has been a Sports First Aid program for Scotch College, focused on upskill students with CPR, First Aid, and Sports Trainer skills.

We provided contractor Trainer/Assessor work for Sports Medicine Australia ACT and VIC Branches from 2018 to 2022. This was focused on sports first aid in both prevention and emergency response.

Quadball Australia
We worked with Quadball Australia (previous Quidditch Australia) in 2020 to produce a Concussion Education course for players, coaches and volunteer first aiders to understand how to identify, respond, and refer players who get a suspected concussion. This was developed and delivered as online synchronous learning over Zoom.
This course was then converted into asynchronous learning to provide easier access to the Quadball community. This is still active and can be found here.
